Who we are
This website belongs to Ferri Home, a furniture showroom on Spintex Road, Accra. For any question about your information, write to hello@ferrihome.com or message us on WhatsApp at 059 990 0075.
What this website collects
There are no accounts on this website and no forms that send your details to us. The booking form on the showroom page writes a WhatsApp message on your own device. Nothing reaches us until you press send in WhatsApp.
When you message us on WhatsApp or by email, we use what you send to arrange your viewing and answer your questions. WhatsApp's own privacy policy covers how WhatsApp handles the chat.
The campaign reference
If you arrive from one of our adverts or posts, the website keeps a short label for that link, such as "instagram/christmas", in your browser for the visit. It is added to the end of your WhatsApp message so we know which advert brought you to us. It holds nothing about you, it is not a cookie, and your browser deletes it when you close the tab.
Analytics and advertising
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies at present. If we add them, this page will be updated first to say which, and why.
The map
The map on the showroom page is drawn from OpenStreetMap data, served by OpenFreeMap. It sets no cookies. As with any website, your browser asks their servers for the map pieces, so they see your IP address. The "Open in Google Maps" button takes you to Google Maps, where Google's own privacy policy applies.
Hosting
The website is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, its servers briefly record technical details of each visit, such as your IP address and browser, to deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse.
Your rights
Under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), you can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@ferrihome.com and we will reply.
